2010 FEES

Main Hall - Prime Time - $608.71/day - Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Main Hall - Non-Prime $410.96/day, Monday - Thursday
Meeting Rooms - $24.36/hour plus HST, minimum booking 3 hours (as of July 1st)
Ice Time - Adults $224.16, includes GST
Ice Time - Youths $187.06, includes GST
Summer Ice (Adult & Youth) - $224.16, includes GST
Pool Rental - Both Pools $110.00/hour + GST - based on 40 Participants, additional participants can be added at an additional fee
Pool Rental - One Pool $93.50/hour + GST - based on 40 Participants, additonal participants can be added at an additional fee

BOOKING A FACILITY

Main Hall

Please call 739-4220, ext. 4515 for availabilty and booking, the following are some of the guidelines for hall bookings:

• 50% down is required at the time of the booking, and the balance is due 4 months prior to the event
• Damage Deposit - there is a $500.00 damage deposit required, which is to be dated the date of the booking
• Liquor Licence - the renter is responsible for their own bar tender and liquor licence. Copy of Special Occasion Permit and Smart server to be given to the City of Barrie one month prior to event
• Liability Insurance - Minimum 2,000,000.00 - Special Occasion Insurance
• Caterer - the renter is responsible for their own caterer, as well the renter can provide their own food 
• No-Smoking - smoking is not permitted in any City of Barrie facility or surrounding outdoor City property
• Booking Times - Saturday & Sunday - 10 am - 1 am, Monday - Friday - 5:00 pm - 1:00 am
• Set-up/Take-down - the renter is responsible for their own set up and take down, as well as clean up
• The City provides the tables and chairs, however linens, dishes, cooking utensils, coffee urns, etc. are not provided
